He was the chairman of the subcommittee on the implementation of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice, a member of the Constitutional Commission and a member of the Judicial Reform Council. He is a co-author of the draft Bankruptcy Procedure Code.
