Sviatoslav Kukil is developing his expertise in criminal law, white-collar crime and anti-corruption.

He has gained work and internship experience in white-collar crime, corporate and tax law, and has also completed practical training with the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine. His work includes legal and case law research, legislative analysis, and the preparation of analytical memoranda, attorney requests, motions, complaints and other procedural documents.

A further area of his experience is public policy and legislative drafting. Sviatoslav is currently interning as an assistant to a Member of Parliament of Ukraine at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which gives him insight into the work of public institutions, regulatory processes and engagement with public authorities.

Sviatoslav is actively involved in the legal student community. In 2025-2026, he chaired the Kyiv Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association Students’ League. He is currently responsible for the League’s fundraising activities.

As part of his community engagement, he organises educational, professional and social events, coordinates internal team processes and prepares official correspondence to public authorities and partners. His professional projects include events on criminal law, white-collar crime and intellectual property, as well as the All-Ukrainian White-Collar Crime School.

Sviatoslav has gained work and internship experience at law firms in white-collar crime, corporate law and tax law.

He completed practical training with the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.

 Since 2026, he has been interning as an assistant to a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament.

Sviatoslav studies at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law in 2026.
