Iryna Klymuk specialises in corporate law and M&A, litigation and competition law.
At ARIO, Iryna works on complex matters involving corporate, litigation, regulatory and asset-related issues. She assists with legal positions, document review, case law research and matters where legal strategy is critical to businesses, investors or the public interest.
Her work includes matters concerning the return of a land plot in the centre of a major Ukrainian city to municipal ownership, challenging a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to transfer the seized assets of a major Ukrainian company to ARMA, and projects involving the recovery of assets into the bankruptcy estate.
Iryna also assists with corporate disputes and prepares legal opinions on competition law matters, including whether merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is required.
Experience
While at university, Iryna was a member of the student government and actively worked with the Legal Department of the Student Parliament of the Institute of Law. Her work included preparing legal awareness materials and organising student events.
Education
Iryna holds a law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She graduated with honours for both degrees.
