We got the first victory in the case on protection of the defrauded Clients-investors

On November, 1, 2016, due to the fruitful cooperation of Ario’s lawyers, the investigatory judge of the Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv arrested on real estate in Kyiv,   in which Customers of the Union have invested UAH dozens of millions (at the rate of UAH 4.85 / USD) but the “dealers” tried to “transfer” such property to another controlled company. Today it is just the beginning, the case continues and gains pace. We know the mechanisms of protecting the interests and funds of the defrauded investors of the construction process.
