Lutsenko’s suspicion will create problems for international conviction of Yanukovych

Oral announcement by the Prosecutor-General Yurii Lutsenko of the suspicion of treason to the former President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, is a violation of the procedural code and can create problems for the conviction of Yanukovych both in the Ukrainian and in international courts.
