Partner Anna Sydorovych has been recognized as one of the leading figures in Ukraine’s legal market. Partner Zoryana Skaletska was nominated in the category “Women Leaders: Impact on Practice.”
The Ukrainian Women in Law 2025 research aims to support female lawyers who, despite the challenges of war, actively shape the country, influence the legal landscape, and serve as its strong backbone. As Yurydychna Gazeta noted, “We strive to evaluate how female leadership in the legal profession has evolved since 2022, what currently unites women, empowers them, and helps them move forward.”
The study is based on an analysis of 120 Ukrainian law firms and incorporates expert opinions from legal professionals, the corporate sector, advocacy community, and the editorial team of Yurydychna Gazeta, a leading industry expert.
Since 2016, the editorial board has tracked changes, highlighted major achievements, and assessed gender balance indicators in Ukraine’s legal market. Recent years have seen growing female influence in key legal fields and at partnership levels.
Key criteria of Ukrainian Women in Law 2025 include:
-
Recognition on a global scale and inclusion in internationally acclaimed rankings (The Chambers, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, etc.);
-
Editorial expert evaluations by Yurydychna Gazeta;
