ARIO Expands Its Team of Counsels

Mykola Sokolov, Senior Associate at Ario Law Firm, has been appointed as Counsel.

Mykola has been with Ario since the firm’s inception and brings nearly twenty years of legal experience. His main focus is on debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

He was one of the first lawyers in Ukraine to advise clients on personal bankruptcy cases and initiated the country’s first court case on restoring the solvency of individuals. To date, he has helped restructure millions of hryvnias in personal debts for Ukrainian clients.

Among the cases Mykola handles at Ario Law Firm are bankruptcy proceedings for large enterprises, where he represents both debtors and creditors, as well as debt recovery and business solvency restoration.
