Vadim Slyusar brings nearly two decades of legal experience to the table, with a focus on litigation, corporate law, M&A, banking and financial law, and business defense.

Within Ario Law Firm, he takes part in complex and multifaceted projects, including returning a land plot in Lviv’s city center for community ownership and supporting cases like Concord Bank vs. the National Bank of Ukraine.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Vadim actively volunteers and is a member of the volunteer organization ” Lawyers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” recognized with an award from Chief Commander of the Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, for his contributions.

Prior to joining Ario Law Firm, he worked in the public sector and in various positions in the Supreme Court, the Kyiv Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases

He has obtained higher legal education. He has graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
