Stepan Moroziuk specializes in criminal law, White-Collar Crime, and business protection practices. With experience working in the court as a session clerk and as a lawyer in legal firms, he brings valuable expertise to his role.

At Ario Law Firm, Stepan defends clients’ rights during investigative actions such as searches and interrogations. He is involved in significant projects, including protecting the interests of a large financial company from unlawful pressure by law enforcement agencies and defending the rights of the deputy mayor of Mykolaiv, who is accused of corruption crimes, among others.

Before joining Ario Law Firm, he served as a courtroom clerk at the Obolonsky District Court in Kyiv. Additionally, he worked as a legal assistant for an attorney at one of Ukraine’s prominent legal firms.

Possesses a Master’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Juridical Science degree.
