Serhii Kyrychenko is a seasoned professional specializing in bankruptcy and restructuring practice, serving as an arbitration manager.

With over 30 years of legal experience, including more than two decades as an arbitration manager, Serhiy has led intricate and comprehensive projects focused on revitalizing businesses and restoring solvency.

Before joining Ario Law Firm he held managerial positions in private and public institutions and implemented dozens of projects in the bankruptcy area

Serhii has obtained two higher educations: he has received a law degree in 1997, and since 2006 has a master’s degree in financial markets
