Serhiy Bukhalenkov boasts a decade-long tenure in jurisprudence, with a specialization in restructuring and bankruptcy practices. Previously, he served as a legal counsel at the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Within Ario Law Firm, Serhiy spearheads legal support for bankruptcy proceedings and the revitalization of solvency among major enterprises. His role extends to representing both creditors and debtors. Furthermore, he holds substantial expertise in navigating individuals` bankruptcy cases.

Before joining Ario Law Firm, he worked for the State Property Fund of Ukraine. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC “Sumykhimprom”.

He has obtained two higher educations.

He has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in International Economics.
