Nadiia Hryshchenko specializes in litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate law and M&A, construction and real estate, as well as banking and financial law. With over a decade of experience, she has worked as an in-house counsel for a financial institution, where she successfully negotiated pre-trial settlements for credit debt recovery totaling 11 million UAH and managed to recover credit debt secured by mortgage assets worth half a million UAH.

At Ario Law Firm, Nadiia oversees major projects such as litigations involving Concord Bank against the National Bank of Ukraine and representing senior management of a Ukrainian financial institution in a case pertaining to reputation, dignity, and business reputation protection. She also handles legal disputes concerning unlawful property seizures.

Nadiia is an active volunteer and a participant in the volunteer project “Lawyers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” initiated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Her contributions have been recognized by the Commander-in-Chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi.

Furthermore, she provides legal assistance on a voluntary basis to the Charitable Foundation “Support and Development.” The foundation aids internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories, residents of areas affected by active hostilities, children with special needs, and individuals from socially vulnerable groups.

Before joining Ario Law Firm, Nadiia held positions as an in-house lawyer at a financial company, as well as within various law firms.

She holds a master’s degree in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
