Kateryna Voytushenko specializes in restructuring and bankruptcy practice. With 5 years of experience in jurisprudence, she possesses strong managerial skills, having previously served as an executive director of a reputable public organization before joining Ario Law Firm.

At Ario, she is involved in significant restructuring and bankruptcy projects, such as the bankruptcy of LLC “LAZ” and others.

Additionally, Kateryna engages in pro bono activities. Specifically, she provides legal support to the Charitable Foundation “Support and Development,” which assists displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories and conflict zones, children with special needs, and representatives of socially vulnerable groups.

Before joining Ario Law Firm, Kateryna worked as an in-house lawyer and also served as a legal assistant. Additionally, she held the position of executive director at a public organization specializing in conducting specialized courses and training sessions for auditors, accountants, and lawyers.

She holds a degree in law.

She earned her bachelor’s diploma from the National University “Odesa Law Academy” and completed her master’s studies at the National Academy of Internal Affairs.
