Anastasiia Titova works in ARIO’s litigation and corporate practices and also supports selected matters in the firm’s bankruptcy practice.

She is involved in complex projects where careful work with case materials, case law, evidence and procedural documents is essential. Anastasiia assists with legal arguments, analytical memoranda and procedural documents, and helps the team structure its position in complex disputes.

Anastasiia also works on defamation and reputation protection matters, including cases concerning the protection of honour, dignity and business reputation. In these matters, she analyses the facts, reviews case law and assists with developing the litigation strategy.

Her work includes corporate disputes, litigation matters, reputation protection cases, and matters involving challenges to decisions by public authorities concerning the management of seized assets.

Experience

Anastasiia has been with ARIO since July 2024. She works in the firm’s litigation and corporate practices and also supports selected matters in the bankruptcy practice.

She has completed internships with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.

Anastasiia participates in civil and constitutional law moot court competitions, including national competitions in civil law and procedure and constitutional law.

She has received awards in essay competitions organised by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, writing on constitutional law, dignity, the right to life and the duty to defend Ukraine.

Education

Anastasiia is studying law at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

During her studies, Anastasiia focuses on administrative law, constitutional law and legislative drafting. This academic background supports her work on legal analysis, legal arguments and case law research in ARIO’s matters.

Student and Community Engagement

Since her first year at university, Anastasiia has been involved in the Ukrainian Bar Association Students’ League and the Student Parliament of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

She worked in the Information Department of the Student Parliament and later became Editor-in-Chief of its Legal Section. She also covers events for the Institute of Law’s communication channels.
