SETTLEMENT OF THE DEBT OF THE LEGENDARY BREWERY – PRIVATE CORPORATION “OPILLIA”

Ario’s lawyers (acting from the part of the debtor) in cooperation with financial consultants of “Ario fortis finance” company (acting from the part of a group of investors) have ensured the credit debt settlement of PRAT (Private Joint-Stock Company) “Opillia” before PAT (Public Joint-Stock Company) “Ukrgazprombank”, which is in the state of the liquidation procedure, in the amount of UAH 10.3 million.

This fact has made it possible to maintain production facilities and raise additional funds for their modernisation and introduction of new technologies. Therefore, a creditor, which was represented by the Authorised Person of the Deposit Insurance Fund in the course of liquidation of PAT “Ukrgazprombank”, has received maximum possible amount of the repaid debt, proceeds from which should be spent to returning deposits to citizens in future.
